Empresa Operating is the latest Empresa entity since forming in 2004 to leverage the team’s knowledge of the ArkLaTex basin. We have a long track record of identifying, capturing and proving up high quality opportunities. Many of these projects have stood the test of time and remain amongst the core portfolio positions of larger operating companies today, from the lucrative Haynesville gas play to the more liquids rich part of the Eagleford.

Today we operate high value liquids rich assets in Northern Louisiana that generate solid positive cash flows, withstand the current volatile commodity price environment and come with a large number of low risk locations in a stacked pay, HBP setting.
